Next Chapter

Tuesday, May 12 & Tuesday, May 19

9:30 AM - 2:30 PM

You’re in Grade 11 or 12, and everyone keeps asking, “What’s next?”

And while you’re trying to figure it out, no one’s really talking about the expectations, pressure, or spaces that don’t always feel made with you in mind.

Next Chapter is where you take control of your story.

This program is designed for young women, especially Black and racialized teens, who want to leave high school with confidence, clarity, and friends by their side.

In Next Chapter, you will:

  • Build confidence in who you are, where you want to go, and what you bring to the table

  • Get support to navigate the practical, emotional, and financial post-secondary pathways

  • Develop real-life skills to advocate for yourself when you might feel overlooked

  • Connect with a powerful circle of peers who are on a similar journey

You deserve a future you’re excited about.

You deserve the support to achieve your dreams.

Take claim of your life. You get to write your Next Chapter.

Fill out the form below to get connected to Next Chapter.

Open to young women and self-identifying women in grades 11 and 12.

We acknowledge the support of the Canadian Race Relations Foundation with funding provided by the Government of Canada.

Only One You

Thursday, May 18 - Thursday, June 24, 2026

4:00 PM - 6:00 PM

No one really teaches you how to deal with life.

A lot is coming at you between parents, friends, dating, school, work, and the pressure to have it all together.

Most spaces don’t actually give you room to pause, think clearly, or figure out what you want.

This one does.

  • Learn how to set boundaries without feeling bad

  • How to say what you mean (and not overthink it for three days)

  • How to handle friendship drama without spiralling

  • How to actually take care of yourself when everything becomes just too much

Only One You isn’t a lecture. You don’t have to know all the answers to show up.

You’ll get tools that actually help your everyday life, time to reflect and reset, and weekly drop-ins when life gets messy.

No pressure. No fake positivity. Just space to grow, connect, and feel comfortable in your own skin.

There’s Only One You. So be her.

Fill out the form below to get connected to Only One You.

Open to young women and self-identifying women ages 14 to 17.

We acknowledge the support of the Ontario Trillium Foundation with funding from a Seed grant.
